Overwhelmed by sheer amount of lines after pulling up your astrocartography map on astro.com?
Yeah, you’re not alone. that’s soooo common. There are six different types of astrocartography (acg) lines!
Yeah, it’s a lot to look at.
In this blog, we’ll focus on the latitude lines in astrocartography.
Latitude lines are created where two major astrocartography lines cross.
This crossing is called a paran, and represents a blend of the two energies.
For example, a Jupiter MC and Mercury DS creates a Mercury Jupiter crossing.
From where the paran crosses, a latitude line is traced around the globe.
These latitude lines are also called paran lines.
They run east-west and are represented by the horizontal lines on an astrocartography map.
Latitude lines have an orb of influence 70 miles north or 70 miles south.
The closer you are to the line, the stronger the influence.
A latitude line can change the experience of a location near major astrocartography lines.
You could be in an area with lovely major astrocartography lines nearby, like Venus DS or Moon IC…
But if you’re close to an emotionally transformative latitude crossing like Pluto Chiron or Moon Saturn, it will change your experience of the place.
